LiveChat Software estimates that the Group's Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from all products, as of the end of June 2023, was USD 6.47 million. This represents an increase of 1.1% from the end of March and 34.2% year-on-year.
During the quarter, the number of LiveChat product customers increased by 704 to 37,765 , and ChatBot customers increased by 96 to 2,804.
The ARPU (average monthly revenue per customer) of the LiveChat product was USD 158.2, and that of the ChatBot product was USD 122.5. This represents a year-on-year increase of 31.3% and 19.5%, respectively.
Currently, the Company, considering the auditor's comments on the annual report, is working on changing the revenue recognition policy. Due to this, it waives the publication of preliminary revenue estimates.
The Group's estimated operating cash flow (which served as the basis for revenue estimates) was USD 20.16mn, compared to USD 20.02 million in the previous quarter and USD 15.21 million in the same period last year.
