Shares Issued & Shareholders

The Company’s share capital is divided into 25,750,000 issued and fully paid ordinary bearer shares, including: 25,000,000 series A shares and 750,000 series B shares. The nominal value of each Company’s share is PLN 0.02 (two groszy).

Shares of Text S.A. are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange under the ticker TXT and are included in the WIG, mWIG40, WIG30, CEEplus, WIGTech, WIGdiv, WIG Informatyka, and CECE Soft indexes.
