Text Group estimates that the value of the Group's Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from all products at the end of September 2023 amounted to USD 6.47 million.
This represents an increase of 31.8% year on year. Compared to the end of June, the MRR value remains unchanged.
At the end of the quarter, the number of LiveChat customers was 37,838, ChatBot 2,940, and HelpDesk 1,061.
ARPU (average monthly revenue per customer) of the LiveChat product was USD 156.7 at the end of the quarter (an increase of 29.8% per year), of the ChatBot product - USD 126.6 (an increase of 14.9%), and of the HelpDesk product $137.7 (27.1% increase).
Currently, the Company, considering the auditor's comments on the annual report, is working on changing the revenue recognition policy. Due to this, it refrains from publishing preliminary revenue estimates.
