The General Meeting of LiveChat Software made decisions on August 18, i.a. on profit distribution and change of the company's name to Text S.A.
The dividend from profit for the 2022/23 financial year, in accordance with the recommendation of the Management Board, will amount to PLN 5.95 per share (compared to PLN 4.40 a year ago). Considering the advance payments already made, PLN 3.03 per share remains to be paid.
The shareholders also decided to change the company's name to Text SA. The change will come into effect after the court registers it.
