The MRR of the Text Group increased by 8.8%, and payments by 14.9% year-over-year

Text Group estimates that the payments received in the second quarter of the current fiscal year amounted to $22.84 million, and the MRR at the end of this period amounted to $7.04 million. This represents increases of 14.9% and 8.8%, respectively, compared to the same period of the previous year.

At the end of September 2024, the ARPL (average monthly revenue per license – equivalent to the previously used term ARPU) for the LiveChat product was $173.9, compared to $170.7 at the end of June 2024 and $156.7 a year ago. The ARPL for the ChatBot product was $148.1, compared to $146.2 at the end of June 2024 and $126.6 a year ago. The ARPL for the HelpDesk product was $191.1, compared to $172.0 at the end of June 2024 and $137.7 a year ago. At the end of the second quarter of the fiscal year, the number of paying LiveChat customers was 36,435. At the end of September, the number of ChatBot customers was 2,962, and the number of HelpDesk customers at the end of the period was 1,224.
