The Management Board of LIVECHAT Software S.A. (“Company”) in connection to the current reports no 12/2023, informs that on August 18, 2023 as a result of the adoption of the resolution on the approval of the Annual Separate Financial Statements of the Company for the period from April 01, 2022 to March 31, 2023, the resolutions on the appointment of the Management Board for the next term of office in 2023-2026 came into force.
The Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Mariusz Ciepły and Mrs. Urszula Jarzębowska to the Management Board. At the same time, Mariusz Ciepły was entrusted with the function of the president of the Management Board, and Ms Urszula Jarzębowska - a member of the Management Board.
