In reference to RB 24/2023, the Management Board of Text S.A. hereby informs that on December 15, 2023, it has revised the proposal submitted to the Supervisory Board concerning the approval for the payment of an advance on the anticipated dividend for the fiscal year 2023/24.
The proposed dates related to the determination of shareholders entitled to the advance and the payment date of the advance have been amended.
Consequently, the currently scheduled day for determining shareholders entitled to the advance is January 8, 2024.
The currently planned day for the payment of the advance is January 15.
The remaining parameters of the proposed advance for the anticipated dividend remain unchanged.
