With reference to the current report 13/2023 on convening of the Annual General Meeting on August 18, 2023 which has on its agenda changes to the Articles of the Association, the Management Board of LIVECHAT Software S.A (“Company”), for the avoidance of doubt, additionally to the published drafts of the resolutions with the proposed changes to the articles 1 and 13 of the Company’s Articles of Association and the draft of the new version of the Company’s Articles of Association, publishes a document with a summary of the provisions of the Articles of the Association in their current and proposed new wording.
