Key performance indicators for Q3 2023/24 FY

The Management of Text S.A. ("Company") hereby discloses to the public the key operational indicators recorded by the Text Capital Group ("Group") in the third quarter of the 2023/24 financial year (October - December 2023).

The estimated value of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from all products of the Group, as of the end of December 2023, amounted to 6.49 million USD. This represents an increase of 2.2% compared to the previous year and 0.3% compared to the state as of September 30, 2023.

Due to the change in revenue recognition, as described in the periodic report for the first half of the 2023/24 financial year, the Company temporarily ceased publishing preliminary revenue estimates. For comparative and analytical purposes, the Company provides estimates according to the previous methodology (assuming recognition of the entire payment for periods longer than monthly in the quarter of payment received). In the third quarter of the financial year, this value would have been 21.34 million USD, indicating a growth of 12.9% year on year and 7.3% compared to the previous three months.

The most important trends that influenced the achieved result are:

Change in the ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) indicator for the Group's main products.

  • As of the end of December 2023, the ARPU for the LiveChat product was 156.4 USD, compared to 156.7 USD at the end of September 2023 and 160.7 USD a year ago.
  • The ChatBot product's ARPU was 132.4 USD, compared to 126.6 USD at the end of September 2023 and 115.1 USD a year ago.
  • The HelpDesk product's ARPU was 140.0 USD, compared to 137.7 USD at the end of September 2023 and 116.9 USD a year ago.

Increase in the number of customers using the Group's products.

As of the end of the thirrd quarter of the financial year, the number of paying customers for LiveChat was 37,857, ChatBot 2,956, and HelpDesk 1,121.

The Company emphasizes that its offering targets business customers through online services, including www.livechat.com, www.chatbot.com, www.helpdesk.com, www.knowledgebase.com, and www.openwidget.com. The Company's Management Board highlights that the presented data is estimated and preliminary and may ultimately differ from those presented in the periodic report.

Due to the fact that the Group generates a significant majority of its revenue in US dollars (USD), the USD/PLN exchange rate has a significant impact on the final results presented in the periodic reports.
