The Management of Text S.A. ("Company") hereby discloses to the public the key operational indicators recorded by the Text Capital Group ("Group") in the third quarter of the 2024/25 financial year (October - December 2024).
The value of payments received amounted to USD 21.43 million, which means an increase of 0.4% annually and a decrease of 6.2%, respectively, compared to the previous three months. The estimated result is due to a lower share of annual fees in total payments compared to the previous quarter and a year ago.
In the third quarter of the financial year, the estimated value of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from all the Group's products amounted to 7.10 million USD as of the end of December 2024. This represents an increase of 9.4% compared to the previous year and 0.9% decrease compared to the state as of September 30, 2024. As of December 2024, the ARPL (average monthly revenue per license, synonymous to the earlier used term ARPU) for the LiveChat product was 178.6 USD, compared to 173.9 USD at the end of September 2024 and 156.4 USD a year ago.
The ChatBot ARPL was 144.3 USD, compared to 148.1 USD at the end of September 2024 and 132.4 USD a year ago.
The HelpDesk ARPL was 210.2 USD, compared to 191.1 USD at the end of September 2024 and 140 USD a year ago.
At the end of the third quarter, the number of LiveChat paying customers was 35.508 clients.
At the end of December, there were 3.090 ChatBot clients and 1.321 HelpDesk clients.
The Company emphasizes that its offering targets business customers through online services, including livechat.com, chatbot.com, helpdesk.com, knowledgebase.com, and openwidget.com. The Company's Management Board highlights that the presented data is estimated and preliminary and may ultimately differ from those presented in the periodic report.
The Group generates a significant majority of its revenue in US dollars (USD), so the USD/PLN exchange rate significantly impacts the final results presented in the periodic reports.
