The Management of Text S.A. ("Company") hereby discloses to the public the key operational indicators recorded by the Text Capital Group ("Group") in the fourth quarter of the 2024/25 financial year (January - March 2025).
In the fourth quarter of the financial year, the estimated value of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from all the Group's products amounted to 7.12 million USD as of the end of March 2025. This represents an increase of 6.9% compared to the previous year and a 0.3% increase compared to the state as of December 31, 2024. The reported MRR includes payments from subscription fees but does not cover payments for additional ChatBot interactions, API as a Service, and others.
The value of payments received amounted to USD 22.46 million, an increase of 3.3% annually and 4.8%, respectively, compared to the previous three months.
As of March 2025, the ARPL (average monthly revenue per license, synonymous to the earlier used term ARPU) for the LiveChat product was 181.9 USD, compared to 178.6 USD at the end of December 2024 and 160.1 USD a year ago.
The ChatBot ARPL was 147.3 USD, compared to 144.3 USD at the end of December 2024 and 134.5 USD a year ago.
The HelpDesk ARPL was 225.1 USD, compared to 210.2 USD at the end of December 2024 and 153.4 USD a year ago.
At the end of the fourth quarter, the number of LiveChat paying customers was 34.085 clients.
At the end of December, there were 3.279 ChatBot clients and 1.802 HelpDesk clients.
The Company emphasizes that its offering targets business customers through online services, including livechat.com, chatbot.com, helpdesk.com, knowledgebase.com, and openwidget.com. The Company's Management Board highlights that the presented data is estimated and preliminary and may ultimately differ from those presented in the periodic report.
The Group generates a significant majority of its revenue in US dollars (USD), so the USD/PLN exchange rate significantly impacts the final results presented in the periodic reports.
