Number of customers – data about the commercial activity (November)

The Management Board of LIVECHAT SOFTWARE SA (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby publishes information on the commercial activities of the Issuer.

According to data from sales systems as of 1 December 2019, the number of customers using the paid version of the LiveChat product amounted to 28777. In month-on-month terms, the number of customers rose by 202 net (having regard to those leaving the portfolio). For comparison, at the beginning of the previous month (1 November 2019), Company’s customer base amounted to 28,575. One year earlier (1 December 2018), there were 25.896 customers.

The company notes that its offer is aimed at business customers via service www.livechatinc.com. The revenue generated by each customer varies depending on the subscription plan and the number of seats chosen by the customer.

According to what the Company announced in the periodic report published on November 27, 2019, the revenue growth rate differs from the growth rate of the number of LiveChat customers, which results, among others from changes in the ARPU indicator, as well as growing revenues from other solutions of the Company. Therefore, in 2020 the Issuer does not intend to publish the number of LiveChat customers in separate reports and will replace this indicator with preliminary estimates of the amount of revenue.
