Management Board of LiveChat Software SA informs that the estimated consolidated sales revenues of the LiveChat Software Capital Group in July - September 2020 (Q2 of financial year 2020/21) amounted to 11 393 945 USD and were 39% higher than those achieved in Q2 of the previous fiscal year.
In the same period of the previous year (July - September 2019), consolidated revenues amounted to 8 196 519 USD.
In the period April - June 2020 (first quarter of the financial year 2020/21), consolidated revenues amounted to 10 355 478 USD.
The most important trends that influenced the achieved result are:
- Increase in the number of customers and ARPU (average monthly revenue per subscriber) of the LiveChat product. The increase in ARPU was achieved with a lower average selling price (Initial Sale ARPU) compared to the previous quarter (but significantly higher than in the previous year).
- LiveChat product churn stabilization (customer churn rate) at the level of 3-3.2% during the quarter.
- Increase in the number of customers, ARPU and average sales price of the ChatBot product.
The Company indicates that its offer is addressed to business clients via websites, includingwww.livechat.com,www.chatbot.com,www.helpdesk.com,www.knowledgebase.ai.
The Management Board emphasizes that the presented data are estimates and preliminary. Therefore, they may ultimately differ from those shown in the periodic report. Because the Company generates the vast majority of revenues in the US dollar (USD), the USD / PLN exchange rate has a significant impact on the results presented in the periodic reports.
