The Management Board of TEXT S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which took place on August 22, 2024, in Wrocław (the “OGM”):
- Mariusz Ciepły – holding 3,366,250 shares/votes, representing 13.07% of the total number of votes and 20.03% of the votes at the OGM.
- Jakub Sitarz – holding 3,010,000 shares/votes, representing 11.69% of the total number of votes and 17.91% of the votes at the OGM.
- Allianz Polska Open Pension Fund in Warsaw – holding 2,429,265 shares/votes, representing 9.43% of the total number of votes and 14.45% of the votes at the OGM.
- Maciej Jarzębowski – holding 2,366,280 shares/votes, representing 9.19% of the total number of votes and 14.08% of the votes at the OGM.
- Nationale-Nederlanden Open Pension Fund in Warsaw – holding 1,590,000 shares/votes, representing 6.17% of the total number of votes and 9.46% of the votes at the OGM.
- Bank Handlowy S.A. in Warsaw, representing 75 shareholders holding a total of 1,422,595 shares/votes, representing 5.52% of the total number of votes and 8.46% of the votes at the OGM.
- Urszula Jarzębowska – holding 1,210,250 shares/votes, representing 4.70% of the total number of votes and 7.20% of the votes at the OGM.
In total, 16,806,314 shares and votes were represented at the Ordinary General Meeting of TEXT S.A. on August 22, 2024, which constitutes 65.27% of the total number of shares and votes.
