The Management Board of TEXT S.A. (the “Company”) hereby discloses to the public a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on August 6, 2025, in Wrocław (“OGM”):
- Mariusz Ciepły – holding 3,366,250 shares/votes, representing 13.07% of the total number of votes and 21.18% of the votes at the OGM.
- Jakub Sitarz – holding 3,010,000 shares/votes, representing 11.69% of the total number of votes and 18.94% of the votes at the OGM.
- Allianz Polska Open Pension Fund in Warsaw – holding 2,429,265 shares/votes, representing 9.43% of the total number of votes and 15.29% of the votes at the OGM.
- Maciej Jarzębowski – holding 2,366,280 shares/votes, representing 9.19% of the total number of votes and 14.89% of the votes at the OGM.
- Nationale-Nederlanden Open Pension Fund in Warsaw – holding 1,590,000 shares/votes, representing 6.17% of the total number of votes and 10.00% of the votes at the OGM.
- Urszula Jarzębowska – holding 1,210,250 shares/votes, representing 4.70% of the total number of votes and 7.61% of the votes at the OGM.
In total, 15,891,964 shares and votes were represented at the Ordinary General Meeting of TEXT S.A. on August 6, 2025, which constitutes 61.72% of the total number of shares and votes.
