The Management Board of TEXT S.A. (the “Company”) hereby discloses to the public a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Oridinary General Meeting of the Company held on August 6, 2026, in Wrocław (“OGM”):
- Jakub Sitarz – holding 3,010,000 shares/votes, representing 11.69% of the total number of votes and 25.05% of the votes at the OGM.
- Allianz Polska Open Pension Fund in Warsaw – holding 2,429,265 shares/votes, representing 9.43% of the total number of votes and 20.22% of the votes at the OGM.
- Maciej Jarzębowski – holding 2,366,280 shares/votes, representing 9.19% of the total number of votes and 19.69% of the votes at the OGM.
- Nationale-Nederlanden Open Pension Fund in Warsaw – holding 1,590,000 shares/votes, representing 6.17% of the total number of votes and 13.23% of the votes at the )GM.
- Urszula Jarzębowska – holding 1,210,250 shares/votes, representing 4.70% of the total number of votes and 10.07% of the votes at the OGM.
In total, 12,015,416 shares and votes were represented at the Ordinary General Meeting of Text S.A. on August 6, 2026, which constitutes 46.66% of the total number of shares and votes.
