The Management Board of Text S.A. (“Company”) in connection to the current report no 10/2026, informs that on August 6, 2026 as a result of the adoption of the resolution on the approval of the Annual Separate Financial Statements of the Company for the period from April 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026, the resolutions on the appointment of the Management Board for the next three year term of office in years 2026-2029 came into force.
The Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Mariusz Ciepły and Mrs. Urszula Jarzębowska to the Management Board. At the same time, Mariusz Ciepły was entrusted with the function of the president of the Management Board, and Ms. Urszula Jarzębowska - a member of the Management Board.
